Is there a hole in the foot to put a peg in? |

No, we supply superior guy ropes and pegs to stabilize your Quikshade. The most effective and efficient way to stabilize a tent is by securing the rope to the top of the Quikshade frame and securing it around the peg at an angle from your Quikshade.
Not…by placing a hole in the foot! It is certainly an option, but not you’re best. We encourage you to secure your Quikshade properly at all times to protect your investment. *See picture
We understand some customers just ‘want a hole’, in that case we are happy to drill you one, but you will void your warranty if we do. That’s because we don’t believe in short cuts, and WH&S is an important issue at all times. Remember if the weather turns bad, pack up and all will be safe!

Can I get the top a different colour to the walls? |

Yes, the walls are an accessory and can be bought in any colour. Have you considered a clear wall to protect you from the winds, but still remain visible. Perfect for trade shows and markets.

Can I get printing on the Quikshade? |

Both screen printing and digital printing is available, depending on what best suits your budget and creative needs. Being creative is what we do best. If you want to do your own printing talk to our experts first, because our fabric has a urethane coating, it requires a specific printing process to handle the job.

How do I secure my Quikshade on bitumen? |

Try the Quikshade sandbags which can be filled with dry/wet sand, or even lead shot.

Do you recommend maintenance for the Quikshade product? |

This depends on your usage. General maintenance such as cleaning is advisable and more frequent users are recommended to tighten screws as required or, at least twice a year.

Can I put my Quikshade away wet? |

No, mildew and mould will form. Air your Quikshade as soon as possible and allow it to dry completely before packing away.

Can I repair the Quikshade myself if it is damaged? |

Yes, with just a Phillips head screwdriver and a small shifting spanner. Our Spare Parts Order Form has every part of the Quikshade available for easy delivery immediate delivery to your door.

What is the canopy fabric made of? |
| A. |
We use 500 Denier Polyester which has been treated with a urethane coating which gives it flame retardant and waterproof qualities. The canopy is 98% ultra violet stabilised and is UV rated 50+.
The Quikshade walls hold exactly the same qualities.

Will the black canopy be too hot to sit under? |

No. The temperature can be 12-15 degrees cooler under the Quikshade canopy, no matter what colour your buy.

How do I attach the walls to the Quikshade? |

The walls simply attach over and around the frame and legs with Velcro straps and can be secured to the ground with wall pegs. Zippers are also available, on request.

How long, will my branded Quikshade take to be made? |

Approximately 4 weeks from the date that you signed your artwork approval, plus delivery time. All stock standard items are available for immediate delivery to your door.

Can I add extra legs to my unit? |

Yes, wall posts are available from our Spare Parts Order Form. These attach into spare brackets already on your Quikshade frame. |
